The International Cricket Council (ICC) has imposed a fine on Pakistan fast bowler Naseem Shah for breaching the ICC Code of Conduct during the ILT20 Season 4 final played at the Dubai International Cricket Stadium.
Representing Desert Vipers, the 22-year-old pacer was found guilty of a Level 1 offence and fined 10 percent of his match fee following an on-field incident against MI Emirates on Sunday.

What Rule Did Naseem Shah Violate?
According to officials, Naseem Shah was charged under Article 2.5 of the ICC Code of Conduct, which relates to using language, gestures, or actions that could provoke or insult a batter after a dismissal or during play.
The incident occurred in the 11th over of the final, when MI Emirates captain Kieron Pollard defended a delivery that returned straight to the bowler.
On-Field Exchange With Kieron Pollard
After collecting the ball, Naseem Shah reportedly smiled and stared at Pollard, which triggered an aggressive reaction from the West Indies all-rounder. The situation quickly escalated, with both players engaging in a heated verbal exchange.
Pollard appeared visibly angry as the two players moved closer to each other before umpires and Desert Vipers teammates intervened to defuse the situation.
