The Lahore Electric Supply Company (LESCO) has finalized special arrangements to ensure uninterrupted electricity supply across Lahore during the Basant festival.

Chief Executive Officer Engineer Muhammad Ramzan Butt visited several key areas, including Mochi Gate, Liberty, Ichhra, and Ferozepur Road, to review safety measures and operational readiness.

Safety Nets Installed at Grid Stations

LESCO officials confirmed that protective safety nets have been installed at grid stations in sensitive areas to prevent accidents and ensure public safety during kite-flying activities.

24/7 Control Rooms Activated

To ensure rapid response, special control rooms have been set up in the LESCO PDC and Data Darbar divisions. These control rooms will remain operational round the clock to handle any technical faults or emergencies.
