These updated amounts guide Muslims on how much to give for Fitrana, Fidya, and other related religious compensations during the holy month.

The council has set:
- 2.5 kg of rice per person
OR - 25 AED in cash per person
This charity is obligatory for every financially able Muslim man and woman and should be paid before Eid prayer.
Fidya for Missing Fasts
For individuals unable to fast:
- Feeding one needy person 3.25 kg of wheat
OR - 20 AED per day
The same cash amount applies when food is provided instead of raw items.

When Should These Payments Be Made?
